We want to create a simple and fun way to learn about biodiversity in Indonesia. We hope to raise the awareness of biodiversity and conservation, especially for young people in Indonesia (and all over the world).

Biologeek is an illustration-based project about biology based in Indonesia. Since 2015 creators Iqbal and Akmal have used comics and illustration as fun learning media and have actively spread their content through social media platforms. Their ‘Patterns in Nature: Indonesia’s Biodiversity’ illustration project aims to educate and inspire people about wildlife and biodiversity in Indonesia. The pair’s colouring book consists of ten pages of Indonesia’s endangered animal illustrations.
